Our Distillery
Our distillery is located in Goa - a vibrant blend of Indian & Portuguese cultures. JIN JIJI India Dry Gin is a hand-crafted Indian gin, copper pot distilled in small batches. Copper reacts on a molecular level to produce a naturally clean and smooth spirit; it helps strip out volatile sulphuric compounds as the gin distils, a process which ensures a purity.

Meet the Founders
JIN JIJI was founded by Master Sommelier Ken Fredrickson and Ansh Khanna, who desired to create a beverage that best reflects India. They were inspired by the local botanicals in India and how they would be best expressed through a gin.
